Italian Star Salad
Here’s an appetizer recipe sure to be the “star” of your next dinner party or gathering. It’s a bacon appetizer and bacon salad, all in one, with the added zest of BRIANNAS Italian Vinaigrette dressing.

Ingredients

large homegrown tomato
green onions chopped
sliced black olives
BRIANNAS Italian Vinaigrette Dressing
large avocado
crispy bacon slices, crumbled
feta cheese (or cheese of your choice)
Directions
Step 1
Slice tomato and place on plate in the shape of a star.
Step 2
Slice avocado and place on top of tomato slices.
Step 3
Sprinkle onions, olives and bacon on top along with the cheese.
Step 4
Drizzle desired amount of BRIANNAS Italian Vinaigrette Dressing on salad.
Step 5
Chill for 15 minutes - ENJOY!
