Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to broil. Trim stems from figs. Cut an X in the top ⅓ of each fig.

Step 2

Place figs on a sheet tray lined with parchment. If wobbly, shave a bit from the bottoms of each until they stand upright.

Step 3

Place goat cheese in a piping bag, massaging until softened. Pipe cheese into each fig, dividing evenly between the 12.

Step 4

Lightly brush figs with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and a generous amount of cracked black pepper.

Step 5

Broil figs for 4 minutes or until cheese starts to brown.

Step 6

Remove figs from oven. Drizzle with honey and BRIANNAS Raspberry Poppy Seed Dressing and serve!
