Directions

Step 1

Wash and cube your potatoes (keep the skins on, they add great flavor) and place in an 8x8 or 9x13 inch dish.

Step 2

Dice shallot and add the to the pan with potatoes.

Step 3

Add a heaping tablespoon of garlic.

Step 4

Evenly drizzle with BRIANNAS New American Creamy Balsamic Dressing.

Step 5

Bake at 400° F for 45 minutes or until fork-tender and crispy.

Step 6

Plate then add fresh grated parmesan, thyme, and more dressing if desired.
