tbsp of BRIANNAS Avocado Oil Greek Vinaigrette
cup cooked quinoa
cup kale roughly chopped
cup chopped cucumbers
cup diced tomatoes
cup chickpeas (rinsed & drained)
Add chicken or any other protein you have on hand!
