crisp apples - Honeycrisp or Pink Lady, thinly sliced
small red onion, very thinly sliced
dried cranberries
walnuts, roughly chopped
grated Parmesan cheese

Salt & black pepper

Directions
Step 1
Add the shaved sprouts to a large mixing bowl.
Step 2
Toss in the apples and red onions.
Step 3
Add dried cranberries, walnuts, and Parmesan cheese
