Kale us crazy, but we think this may be one of our best creations yet! BRIANNAS Organic Apple Cider Vinaigrette Dressing adds a tangy compliment to the apples, cheese, and dried cranberries that adorn this kale salad.

Ingredients

kale, chopped
BRIANNAS Organic Apple Cider Vinaigrette
apple, thinly sliced
gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
dried cranberries
almonds, slivered
Directions
Step 1
Place kale in large bowl. Add ½ cup BRIANNAS Organic Apple Cider Vinaigrette Dressing and toss.
Step 2
Top with apples, gorgonzola, cranberries, and almonds.
Step 3
Drizzle desired amount of additional BRIANNAS Organic Apple Cider Vinaigrette Dressing and serve.
