Directions

Step 1

Give cranberries a quick rinse, removing any mushy ones. Let them air dry on a paper towel lined baking sheet.

Step 2

In a food processor, blend cranberries, green onions, cilantro, and jalapeno, being careful not to puree.

Step 3

Transfer to a bowl, add in the BRIANNAS Blush Wine Vinaigrette, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Chill for atleast two hours. Overnight preferred.

Step 4

When it is time to serve, spread cream cheese on a plate or in a shallow dish.

Step 5

Drain any extra salsa juice, spoon salsa over the cream cheese and garnish with cilantro.

Step 6

Enjoy with crackers or tortilla chips.
