Lightly brush your favorite pita, we love Joseph's, with oil. Grill or toast until warm with light char marks. Cut into cubes or tear into pieces.
In a large bowl, combine greens, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. Add Mezzetta kalamata olives and half the feta.
Toss with BRIANNAS Avocado Oil Greek Vinaigrette until lightly coated.
Top with grilled flatbread pieces and remaining Athenos feta.
