Directions

Step 1

Drain and rinse black beans.

Step 2

Dice bell pepper, half tomatoes, finely chop green onions, and roughly chop romaine.

Step 3

Place everything in a large bowl, toss with BRIANNAS Creamy Cilantro Lime Dressing, and serve immediately. If making ahead, store the salad undressed in the fridge to keep it crisp.

Southwestern Chopped Salad

I made the Southwestern Salad & it was amazing! I made a lot, 26 people! I made it exactly as recipe calls, but because of dairy allergies, I switched to Briannas Dairy Free Cilantro. I did omit chopped cilantro!
You could easily add chopped grilled or baked chicken for a full meal!
