BRIANNAS Organic Mango Vinaigrette Dressing
garlic powder
habanero or any hot sauce
vegan butter
small head cauliflower (increase batter and sauce quantities for large head)
unsweetened almond milk
ground black pepper
crispy gluten free or toasted breadcrumbs
all-purpose gluten free flour
salt
garlic powder
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with silicone or greased foil.
Using a knife, remove florets from cauliflower. Chop cauliflower into smaller pieces to resemble the size of wings.
In a separate bowl, whisk gluten free flour, almond milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to make batter.
Place breadcrumbs in another bowl next to the batter.
Toss cauliflower in batter mixture one at a time, shaking off excess. Then, dredge in breadcrumbs to coat completely and place on baking sheet. Repeat until all wings are coated.
Bake for 22 minutes.
In the meantime, mix all sauce ingredients 1-4 in a small pot over low heat. Heat for about 4 minutes until ingredients are melted and whisk for 30 seconds to combine. Remove from heat.
Remove cauliflower wings from oven. Toss in sauce and use tongs to place back on baking sheet. Bake another 5 minutes to allow the sauce to soak into the wings.
Remove from oven and eat immediately – enjoy!
