Directions

Step 1

Add pasta to a large pot of boiling, salted water and cook until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water until cooled, then drain again.

Step 2

Add the cooked pasta to a large bowl with the dressing and toss to combine. Add the tomatoes, scallions, pepperoncini, olives, bell pepper, basil, mozzarella, and salami and toss.

Step 3

Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to five days.
